How to Make a Partial Withdrawal on MyBritam App and Britam Customer Portal

Quick Steps to Withdraw Funds
Follow this simple procedure after logging in to your account:
- Access Account: Log in via the MyBritam App (downloadable on app stores) or the Britam Customer Portal.
- Select Product: Navigate to "My Products" and choose the policy or product you wish to withdraw funds from.
- Initiate Withdrawal: Select the "Partial Withdrawal" tab/option.
- Enter Amount: Input the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Choose Payout Channel: Select your preferred method for receiving the funds:
- Bank Transfer
- Mobile Money (e.g., M-Pesa)
- Verify & Confirm: Review the withdrawal and payment details, then click Next. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered phone number for verification.
- Complete Request: Enter the OTP, click Submit, and your partial withdrawal request will be processed.
Note: The funds will be credited to the selected payout channel (bank or mobile money) within the stipulated service period.
