Requirements for Unit Manager candidates
As a Unit Manager at Britam, you will be responsible for managing a particular unit which includes recruiting and retaining insurance sales agents, training, developing and ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their monthly sales targets.
To be considered for the Unit Manager position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Must have an IRA license or COP or ECOP;
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience;
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership managing a sales team is required; and
• A diploma or degree is a minimum requirement.
