Program Overview

• Internship Duration: 3- 6 months
• Optional Trainee Position: Up to 1 year post- internship

Our comprehensive program offers interns hands-on experience across various Britam teams. We welcomed our first cohort in April 2023, with the current group joining us in March 2024.

Talent Acquisition Process

• University Outreach: We tap into our extensive academic network to identify promising candidates.
• Rigorous Assessment: Shortlisted applicants undergo technical evaluations and two interview rounds.
• Key Focus: We prioritize software development (full-stack and front-end) and data science skills to align with our project needs.
